Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to place the order. For business purchases, confirm that you are authorized to act for that business. Keep your account credentials and private order-tracking link confidential. Give accurate billing, contact and delivery details. We do not supply prohibited goods or knowingly facilitate transactions prohibited by applicable Saudi laws and sanctions restrictions.
Products, quotations and SAR prices
We sell IT infrastructure, networking, surveillance, storage and access-control equipment. Read the model, specifications, compatibility and included accessories. Installation, software licences, configuration and additional services are included only when expressly listed. Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). A range or a product marked Quote required is an enquiry estimate, not an accepted fixed-price sale. Exact stock, specification, price, delivery cost and applicable VAT must be confirmed before you accept a quotation. Product images are illustrative; the identified model and agreed specifications govern supply.
Checkout and order acceptance
The order summary shows line items and the configured delivery charge, tax and total before submission. Where those amounts or a delivery date cannot be established, a quotation must be agreed before a purchase is accepted. The final agreed SAR total applies to the order; no undisclosed charge or substitute product is accepted without your agreement. Submitting a request generates an on-screen order reference and private status page. This acknowledges receipt, not dispatch, acceptance or payment. Keep a copy of the order and transaction record. We contact you using your submitted details to confirm fulfilment or resolve an error.
Payments and confirmation
Only methods actually shown as available at checkout may be used. Cash on delivery is not currently offered. Checkout submissions are equipment requests and do not collect payment. Online card payments are currently unavailable; card logos do not indicate an active payment connection. If an online provider is enabled later, its name, supported methods, currency and verified payment result must be shown before and after payment. A return to the website alone does not prove payment. This store does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. There is no recurring or automatic billing under these terms.
Delivery, returns and complaints
Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Cancellation, Privacy and Cookie policies form part of these terms. Manufacturer-specific warranty coverage and any service conditions must be identified before purchase; no blanket warranty period is promised. Report incorrect, defective or damaged goods using your order reference. Contact نموذج الاتصال بالموقع for support, including payment or refund complaints. We provide a case-specific response and next steps; statutory remedies are not excluded.
Saudi law and policy changes
Saudi Arabia is the merchant's country of domicile. These terms and purchase disputes are governed by applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the competent Saudi courts. Mandatory consumer and personal-data rights take precedence over conflicting wording. We may update these policies by publishing a revised version; a later change does not retrospectively remove rights relating to an accepted order. Material changes to personal-data processing will be notified and any required consent obtained before that new use.
