Scope and contact
This policy covers products bought from ALWASIIT TECH, operated by مؤسسة الوسيط الريادي in Saudi Arabia. For a return or refund, use our contact form with your order reference and purchase record. We will confirm return instructions and the destination; the published office address is not automatically the returns address. Statutory rights do not depend on discretionary approval.
7-day return window for unused goods
For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw within seven calendar days after receiving an unused product, subject to Saudi E-Commerce Law Article 13 and its exceptions. This change-of-mind window does not replace separate rights relating to defects, non-conformity or warranty.
Condition and exceptions
Return the same product with its supplied accessories, components, serial/model identification and purchase record. Retain its packaging where practical. Merely opening the box is not a blanket reason to refuse every return; the product must remain unused for a change-of-mind return. Statutory exceptions include genuinely customer-manufactured/specified goods and certain used software or downloaded software. Applicable defect/non-conformity remedies remain available. An ordinary stocked model is not automatically a custom-made product because it was ordered from a supplier.
Incorrect, defective, damaged or tampered goods
Report the issue with the reference, model/serial number and photographs where useful. We assess the issue and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund under applicable rights and any confirmed product warranty. We arrange necessary return/replacement handling without charging you where the issue is our incorrect supply or a qualifying defect/transit damage. Prompt reporting helps investigation; it does not create a shorter statutory claim period.
Return costs and refund amount
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer bears reasonable return/cancellation costs as permitted by law unless agreed otherwise; the basis is disclosed before return arrangements are accepted. No automatic restocking percentage or undisclosed cancellation charge applies. An eligible refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned item and applicable tax, not its later selling price. Any lawful delivery/return adjustment is explained. We do not replace a monetary refund with store credit or a voucher without your express agreement.
Refund method
Unpaid quotes and unpaid COD orders have no collected payment to refund. For a paid COD purchase, we agree a verified refund method with the purchaser, such as return of cash or an agreed bank transfer. If online payments are enabled later, the refund goes to the original payment method unless an alternative is expressly agreed and permitted. We never request a full card number or security code in messages or order notes.
Our refund processing timeframe
As this store's service commitment, we process an eligible refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods. If goods were not dispatched, the period starts when we receive notice of a valid cancellation. Any shorter mandatory deadline takes priority. This processing period is separate from the seven-day return-request window and is not stated as a universal statutory deadline. We provide the refund amount, processing date and available reference. A bank/card issuer may take additional time to post a future online refund; we will explain the applicable provider timeline rather than promise an unverified bank date. Cancellation status alone is not proof that money has been returned.
Delayed delivery and complaints
Article 14 provides cancellation/refund rights for qualifying delivery delay beyond fifteen days from the contract or agreed delivery date, subject to the agreed period and legal exceptions. Contact us with the reference. You may also raise a complaint through the Saudi Ministry of Commerce's official channels; contacting us first is not a condition that removes that right.
Protect information on returned equipment
Before handing over storage, cameras or other equipment containing data, back up your information and remove account links and personal/business data where possible. Tell us if a defect prevents this so secure handling can be arranged. Do not include account passwords in the package or free-text notes.

حالة المنتج والاستثناءات
يُعاد المنتج نفسه مع ملحقاته ومكوناته وبيانات طرازه أو رقمه التسلسلي، مع الاحتفاظ بالتغليف قدر الإمكان. فتح العبوة وحده لا يعني رفض جميع المرتجعات؛ يشترط عدم الاستخدام في العدول عن الشراء. تشمل الاستثناءات النظامية المنتجات المصنوعة فعلاً بمواصفات العميل وبعض البرامج المستخدمة أو المحمّلة، مع بقاء الحقوق النظامية المتعلقة بالعيب وعدم المطابقة. طلب منتج اعتيادي من المورّد لا يجعله تلقائياً منتجاً مخصصاً.
العيوب والتكاليف
أبلغنا عن المنتج الخاطئ أو المعيب أو المتضرر أثناء النقل أو الذي تظهر عليه آثار العبث، مع ما يتوفر من أدلة. نرتب المعالجة المناسبة وفق النظام والضمان المعلن، ونتحمل تكاليف الإرجاع اللازمة عندما يكون السبب خطأ التوريد من جانبنا أو عيباً أو ضرراً مؤهلاً أثناء النقل. في إرجاع المنتج السليم للعدول عن الشراء، يتحمل المستهلك تكاليف الإرجاع أو الفسخ الجائزة نظاماً ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك، مع توضيحها مسبقاً. لا تُفرض نسبة استقطاع تلقائية أو رسوم خفية. يُحسب الاسترداد وفق المبلغ المدفوع فعلاً والضريبة المستحقة، وليس سعر المنتج اللاحق.
وسيلة ومدة الاسترداد
لا يوجد مبلغ يُسترد لطلب عرض سعر أو طلب دفع عند الاستلام لم يُدفع بعد. للمشتريات المدفوعة نقداً نتفق مع المشتري على وسيلة استرداد موثقة. وعند تفعيل الدفع الإلكتروني مستقبلاً يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، إلا إذا وافق العميل صراحة على بديل جائز، ولا يُفرض رصيد متجر أو قسيمة بدلاً من رد المبلغ دون موافقته.
نلتزم كسياسة خدمة للمتجر بمعالجة الاسترداد المستحق دون تأخير غير مبرر، وخلال 14 يوماً تقويمياً من استلام السلعة المرتجعة، أو من إشعار الإلغاء الصحيح إذا لم تُشحن السلعة، مع أولوية أي مدة نظامية أقصر. هذه مدة معالجة يلتزم بها المتجر وليست وصفاً لمهلة نظامية عامة، وهي منفصلة عن مهلة طلب الإرجاع البالغة سبعة أيام. قد يستغرق قيد المبلغ لدى البنك وقتاً إضافياً عند تفعيل الدفع الإلكتروني، ونوضح حينها المدة الفعلية لمزود الدفع. لا يعني تغيير حالة الطلب وحده تنفيذ الاسترداد.
التأخير والشكاوى وحماية البيانات
تُراعى حقوق الإلغاء والاسترداد عند التأخير المنصوص عليها في المادة الرابعة عشرة، وفق المدة المتفق عليها والاستثناءات النظامية. يبقى حق تقديم شكوى لوزارة التجارة عبر قنواتها الرسمية قائماً. احفظ نسخة من بياناتك وأزل الحسابات والبيانات من الأجهزة المرتجعة قدر الإمكان؛ وأبلغنا إذا منع العطل ذلك، ولا ترسل كلمات المرور مع الجهاز.
