Delivery area and serviceability
This storefront serves customers in Saudi Arabia. Before an order is accepted, we confirm whether the requested Saudi address can be served and disclose the delivery charge and expected delivery date. International delivery is not offered through standard checkout. No listing by itself promises nationwide coverage, free delivery or a specific number of delivery days.
Charges and timing before purchase
Any configured shipping charge is displayed in the checkout summary separately from item prices and tax. A delivery date, specialist handling charge or area-specific arrangement that has not been established must be agreed in the quotation/order confirmation before the purchase is accepted. Do not treat a quote request or a displayed reference price as dispatch confirmation. We will not add an undisclosed delivery fee after acceptance without your agreement.
Address, access and large equipment
Give your complete Saudi delivery address, city, reachable phone number and any applicable National Address details. Notify us of corrections before dispatch. Racks and other bulky equipment may require access arrangements, unloading or installation services; these are included only if expressly agreed. Keep your order reference so we can locate your request.
Dispatch and receipt
When delivery arrangements are confirmed, we provide the available delivery/tracking information through the contact details you supplied and update the order status where applicable. An initial on-screen order acknowledgement is not a promise that an SMS or email has been sent. Check the model, quantities and packaging at receipt. Report an incorrect item, shortage or visible damage promptly with photographs where useful; this does not limit statutory rights.
Delays or failed delivery
Use our contact form with your order reference for delays, missed delivery or address issues. We will explain the next available arrangement before you agree to any new charge. Where the Saudi E-Commerce Law applies, the consumer's right to cancel for delay beyond the statutory period remains available, subject to the agreed delivery period and applicable legal exceptions.
