Information and purposes
When you register or submit an order/enquiry, we receive the information you enter: name, email, phone, delivery address, city, products, quantities, order details and optional notes. We process it to provide account access, respond to enquiries, prepare/perform orders, arrange delivery, handle returns/support and comply with legal obligations. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable passwords. Hosting services may process technical data such as connection/request details for delivery of the website, troubleshooting and security. Do not include card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in free-text notes.
Legal grounds and choice
Processing is carried out as applicable to the requested transaction, legal obligations, permitted security purposes and consent where required under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. A field marked required is needed to handle that request; optional notes can be omitted. Order information is not automatically added to a marketing list. A new marketing or other unrelated use requires an appropriate lawful basis and any required separate consent. Withdrawing consent affects processing based on that consent, not a lawful obligation to retain a transaction record.
Service providers and recipients
Authorized store staff access information needed for their duties. This version of the store uses WordPress and WooCommerce on the website hosting account to store customer accounts and equipment requests. Necessary order/contact details may be disclosed to fulfilment, delivery or technical service providers and to authorities where legally required. Disclosures are limited to their purpose. We do not sell, rent or lease customer personal information. Third-party sites have their own privacy notices; consult them before supplying information on their pages.
Payments
Checkout currently accepts equipment requests without collecting payment. Cash on delivery is not offered. No full card numbers, card expiry details or card security codes are collected or stored by this store. No online payment provider is currently enabled or receiving checkout card data through this store. Before a provider is enabled, its identity and relevant payment-data handling must be disclosed and this notice updated. Any future hosted payment page is handled by the enabled payment service; do not send card information to our staff or in order notes.
Hosting locations and transfers
Website hosting, email and technical service providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. The hosting region and provider safeguards must be verified for this deployment; we do not claim a Saudi-only data location. This is not a claim that all data stays in Saudi Arabia. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable Saudi personal-data transfer requirements; contact us for information about the providers and relevant safeguards for your request.
Retention and security
We retain account, transaction and support data only for the purposes for which it is needed and any applicable legal record-keeping or dispute requirement. When no lawful purpose remains, data should be securely erased or anonymized, including under the applicable backup cycle. WordPress login cookies and WooCommerce cart/session cookies keep your account and bag available between requests; their duration depends on login and session settings. Access restrictions, HTTPS, password hashing and server-side database access protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Private order links are access credentials: do not share them publicly.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the PDPL and its regulations, you may request information about processing, access, a readable copy, correction/completion or destruction when legally available. Contact us using the details above; proportionate identity verification may be required to protect the account. We respond within applicable statutory time limits and explain a permitted extension or a lawful reason a request cannot be fulfilled. You may raise a complaint with the competent Saudi authority, including SDAIA through its official personal-data protection channels. We do not charge for ordinary statutory rights requests unless the law permits otherwise.
Cookies and updates
Read the Cookie & Browser Storage Policy for essential session cookies and local storage. Clearing browser storage does not delete submitted orders. Material changes to processing will be communicated and any necessary permission obtained before the new use. This policy does not waive statutory rights.
