Cancellation Policy
Requesting cancellation
Use our contact form with the order reference as soon as you want to cancel or amend an order. A quote enquiry can be withdrawn without an online payment or deposit. A submitted order is not cancelled by closing the browser, logging out or removing an item from the bag. Keep the cancellation confirmation.
Before dispatch
For an ordinary order that has not been dispatched or irreversibly performed, contact us so we can confirm cancellation and stop fulfilment where possible. An unpaid COD cancellation does not require a refund. We do not impose a fixed undisclosed cancellation penalty.
After dispatch and special orders
If the order has been dispatched, the relevant return process applies. For customer-specified equipment, installation or an activated software licence, cancellation restrictions depend on the agreed order and applicable law. These categories are not a blanket exclusion of rights relating to defective or non-conforming supply. Any separately agreed lawful charge must be disclosed before acceptance.
Delayed delivery
Where the Saudi E-Commerce Law applies, the consumer may have the right to cancel if delivery or performance is delayed by more than fifteen days from the contract date, or the agreed delivery/performance date as applicable, subject to any agreed period and legal exceptions such as force majeure. We will inform you of a material delay and explain available options. An exception does not automatically eliminate other mandatory rights.
Payments and refunds
If payment has been collected, the Returns & Refunds policy applies. A future online refund must go to the original payment method. Cancelling an order record is not proof that a refund has been processed; keep the separate refund reference and confirmation. This store does not request card details to arrange cancellation.
